Privacy Policy
Best AI Email Assistant helps service businesses review Gmail messages, identify priority requests, and prepare owner-approved quote and reply drafts. This policy explains what information we process and how it is used.
Information We Process
- Account information such as your email address, display name, workspace, and session status.
- Gmail connection details needed to request read-only Gmail access when you choose to connect Gmail.
- Email metadata and message content that you import for classification, search, AI recommendations, and quote review.
- Local app activity such as import notifications, dismissed onboarding tips, language settings, and workflow status.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate your workspace, import selected Gmail messages, classify inbox items, extract business context, create AI recommendations, show notifications, and keep your dashboard current.
Gmail Data
Gmail access is used only for the email features you initiate, such as importing recent messages or opening the connected Gmail account. Best AI Email Assistant requests read-only Gmail access and does not send emails on your behalf. You can disconnect Gmail from the app at any time.
Storage
The local development version stores imported email indexes and preferences on the machine running the app. When a database is configured, account and workspace records may be stored in that database so login state and ownership can persist across sessions.
AI Processing
Imported email text may be sent to configured AI services to classify messages, summarize details, and generate recommended next actions. AI output is a draft for owner review and should be checked before you rely on it.
Your Choices
- You can choose whether to connect Gmail.
- You can disconnect Gmail and clear local browser data from your device.
- You can delete local project files that store imported email indexes when running the app locally.
