Service
Best AI Email Assistant provides email intake, Gmail import, classification, lead prioritization, quote preparation, and draft reply support for service businesses. Features may change as the product evolves.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the Gmail account and data you choose to connect or import.
- You must have the right to process any emails or business information you bring into the app.
- You are responsible for final pricing, customer communications, business decisions, and regulatory compliance.
AI Output
AI summaries, recommendations, quote ranges, and reply drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for review and workflow support only. Do not treat AI output as professional, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
Gmail Connection
If you connect Gmail, the app uses the permissions you grant to provide email import and analysis features. You can disconnect Gmail when you no longer want the app to access your mailbox.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Best AI Email Assistant to violate laws, access accounts without permission, send deceptive communications, or process data you are not authorized to handle.
No Warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that every email will be classified correctly, that estimates will be accurate, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best AI Email Assistant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
